Delicate performance: The wet process adds the color material at the raw material milling stage, so that the color can be more evenly distributed in the raw material, so as to show a more delicate and natural color and texture effect. This process can significantly improve the decorative effect and grade of the tile.
High color saturation: Because the wet process can fully mix the color material and the blank raw material during the color mixing process, the ceramic tile produced is better in color saturation, and the color is more vivid and full.
High technical requirements: The wet process has high requirements for production equipment and operation technology, and requires professional equipment and technical personnel to ensure the color mixing effect and product quality. At the same time, because the wet process requires frequent cleaning of equipment, there are also certain requirements for the production scale.
The production process of wet process color mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Select high-quality ceramic raw materials for ball milling treatment to obtain delicate raw material powder.
Color addition: In the process of raw material milling, the appropriate amount of color is added to the slurry, and the color and raw materials are fully mixed through the mixing equipment.
Spray powder: the evenly mixed slurry is sent to the spray tower for spray drying treatment to form granular powder.
Molding and firing: the powder is sent to the press for molding processing to form the ceramic tile body. Subsequently, the billet is sent to the kiln for high temperature firing to achieve the required hardness and strength of the tile.
