It is not sensitive to a small amount of rust and high-temperature oxide skin; It can transition Si and Mn into the weld seam, especially suitable for dual wire and multi wire high-speed welding; Due to its good slag removal, it is commonly used for welding corner seams.
Usage
Submerged Arc Flux SJ-501 matched with welding wires such as H08A, H08MnA, and H08MnMoA, it can weld low-carbon steel, certain low alloy steel, and heat-resistant steel, such as ships, boilers, pressure vessels, etc; Especially used with high-speed welding. Especially suitable for double-sided single pass welding.
Cautions
1.The oil soil,moisture,iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed from the welding joint.
2.Submerged Arc Flux SJ-501 must be baked at 300℃-350 ℃ for 2 hours before use.
